The company has four computers and two printers on which have installed MS Windows and MS Office as well as bought or developed by itself specialized technical software that ensure ships and mobile offshore drilling units technical analyses to estimate:
          - longitudinal strength;
          - local strength;
          - intact and damage stability;
          - buoyancy;
          - tonnage;
          - freeboard;
          - installations and equipments from board.
       To perform its basic activities the company uses only impartial specialists with a very good professional experience and an ethical behaviour, according to the internal procedures. In this respect the company has permanent qualified staff constituted of five bachelor of science specialists, one of them is ph.d. and two are doctorate candidates in the same field. The rest of staff is constituted of employed specialists on the basis of collaboration contracts, when work volume needs.
       CERTPRONAV has concluded a frame contract of collaboration with S.C. MUT TEST NDT S.R.L. for thickness measures (authorized by RNA) and LACECA laboratory (authorized by RENAR) to carry out physico-chemical analyses.
