(1) The commercial company "CERTPRONAV" is a Romanian legal person of private law, constituted on the basis of legal requirements on commercial companies with legal statute of publicly held corporation, non-guvernmental, self-governing, non-political, with legal personality and registered in The Trade Register with no. J40/10888/2005 by no. 10897/SC/2005 given by The Bucharest Court during the meeting of 20 June 2005.

(2) The company observes the provisions:
       a) The Company Law (31/1990), republished with subsequent modifications and completions;
       b) The Quality Infrastructure and Accreditation Law (245/2002);
       c) The Products Conformity Assessment Law (608/2001);
       d) The National Archives Law (16/1996);
       e) The reference Standard SR EN ISO 9001:2008 on Quality Management Systems;
       f) The reference Standard SR EN 45011:2001 on general requirements for bodies operating product certification systems;
       g) The reference Standard SR EN ISO/CEI 17020:2005 on general criteria for the operation of various types of bodies performing inspection;
       h) The reference Standard SR EN ISO/CEI 17025:2005 on general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
